The first quarter of 2021 has been eventful for Shoot'em Up games on the unified platform in Australia. Sensor Tower's data offers an insight into how these games have fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Here's a snapshot of the top performers.

Gun Gang, published by Zynga, showed a notable increase in revenue from $56K to $212K before settling at $88K towards the end of the quarter. Downloads peaked at 9K in early February, while weekly active users hit a high of 27K in mid-March.

Galaxy Attack: Shooting Game by 1SOFT saw its revenue rise to $8.8K in the final week of March, although downloads saw a general decline from 5K to 4.9K. However, weekly active users rebounded to 19.7K after a dip earlier in the quarter.

The revenue for 1945 Air Force: Airplane games, another title from 1SOFT, had its ups and downs, with a peak at $5.6K in the first week of January and ending the quarter at $3.2K. The game's downloads showed a similar volatility, while active users decreased to 10K.

Habby's Archero experienced a drop in revenue from $16.3K to $10.3K, with the number of downloads also on a downward trend. Nevertheless, weekly active users remained relatively stable, ending the quarter at 34.5K.

Lastly, Magic Survival by Leme, despite not generating revenue in the early weeks, surged to $1.1K in mid-March. Downloads for the game spiked at 7.8K, and active users saw an impressive climb from just 48 to over 8.2K.
